California Community Colleges Partnership with IEHP

This is a toolkit created in collaboration with California Community Colleges. The goal of the toolkit is to provide college students with the information they need to be enrolled in Medi-Cal, CalFresh or Covered California through Inland Empire Health Plan. These were distributed by community health workers on college campuses throughout the state.
